Registration for Returning Students

You are only required to complete this form if your child is planning on returning next year. This form is due by May 15th along with a $250 non-refundable registration fee ($50 for school supplies and $200 applied to September’s tuition) in order to secure your child’s placement in the program. If this form and monies are not returned by this date, your child’s placement may not be secure as we will accept a new student from our wait list. Please refer to Annex A of the Family Handbook.
